Our studio has been lovingly designed to feel safe, warm, and nurturing, with small group classes that allow for personal attention and genuine connection.
You don’t need to be flexible, fit, or experienced — you just need to show up, as you are.
Our approach is gentle, mindful, and inclusive — blending slow, functional movement, yin yoga, meditation, and healing practices to help you build strength, mobility, calm, and resilience from the inside out.

Hi, I’m Lou — the founder of Nurture Studio Huntly, and someone who’s been exactly where you might be right now: tired of pushing, craving softness, and ready to come back home to myself.
For years I ran on empty, always doing, always holding it together. Yoga became my anchor — not the intense, perfect-posture kind, but the slow, nourishing kind that reminds you it’s okay to breathe, to feel, and to be. That’s the energy I now hold space for here.
My approach is rooted in mindful movement, nervous system awareness, and body-first wellbeing. I’m also a Reiki practitioner and space-holder for women who are learning to listen to their bodies again — gently, without pressure or judgment.
This studio isn’t just about movement. It’s about remembrance — of your strength, your softness, and your ability to feel safe and whole again.
