Reclaiming Connection: A Hypnosis and Supportive Energy Evening for Men

Most men have never been taught how deeply connect in relationship.
With a partner, a parent, a mate, a kid.
You've been taught to fix, provide, and hold it together. But not how to actually connect.
This evening is a chance to slow down and go somewhere most men miss out on, this is personal development on a subconscious level.
Through a blend of guided hypnosis and Reiki energy work, you'll explore the relationships that matter most to you and what might be getting in the way of them feeling easy, close, and real.
What to expect:
A guided hypnosis journey exploring connection, patterns, and what you're carrying into your relationships
Reiki energy work to release tension and help the body settle
A small, private space held specifically for men
Time to reconnect with yourself so you can show up differently for the people around you
No experience needed. Just come as you are.

An evening for those who are ready to slow down, settle the nervous system, and reconnect with the quiet inner wisdom that already lives within them. Releasing Generational Patterns.
This session is designed to support integration rather than effort. Instead of working to change or fix anything, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state where the body can soften, the mind can rest, and clarity can naturally emerge.
Through guided hypnosis and grounding sound, you’ll be supported to arrive fully in your body and allow insight, steadiness, and inner knowing to land.
What we’ll cover:
- Arrival and gentle grounding
- Guided hypnosis to support deep relaxation, nervous system settling, and embodied awareness
- A sound bath to support integration, regulation, and a sense of being held
- Space for stillness and quiet integration before heading home
This session is suitable for:
- Anyone feeling overstimulated, overwhelmed, or disconnected from their inner sense of clarity
- Those who have done inner work and are ready to embody it
- Anyone seeking rest, grounding, and a return to themselves
- No prior experience with hypnosis or sound baths is needed.

Studio for Hire
Looking for a beautiful, welcoming space to run your classes or events? Nurture Studio Huntly is available for hire at affordable rates, ideal for wellness practitioners, teachers, or small community gatherings.
Hire rates regular classes:
$25 per week for renting the space for one regular class
$20 per week (per class) for two or more regular classes
One-off events:
$50 for every 2-hour block
4 hours = $100 - 6 hours = $150 (And so on—charged in $50 increments for every 2 hours.)
Please note that hire time includes set-up and pack-down, as well as leaving the studio clean and swept after your session.
